Care Instructions:
- Wipe the board with a warm damp cloth to remove any excess food or crumbs. (Do not soak the peel in water as this may cause cracking or warping, Not dishwasher safe)
- Dry thoroughly before storing away
- We recommend you re-oil your peel every 6 months with food-safe wood oil. Rub in with a soft cloth making sure the peel is dry before applying.
